Online Return Policy - We want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase from Keyboardamerica.  If you do have a problem with your order, call Keyboardamerica immediately at 800-251-8887.  We are committed to outstanding customer service and will do our very best to help.  There are no wait times, and your problem will be solved same day.  You will get priority status as a Keyboardamerica loyal customer.

Shipping Damage - Although unlikely, on occasion, an item gets damaged while in transit.  If you receive an order and you believe there is shipping damage, call Keyboardamerica immediately.  If necessary, we will handle the claims process same day.  We also provide you with quick same day replacement options.  Keyboardamerica purchases are all insured and your pick up and replacement will be immediate.  You will have the option of replacing the damaged part.

***Please Note: 99% of the time, when a box shows some wear and tear, the product inside is in perfect condition.  Please be sure to inspect the contents.  The shipping carton and packing materials are designed to protect the product from normal shipping and handling.

Defective Product - Products with manufacturer defects are rare but can occur.  If you receive a product that you believe is defective, call Keyboardamerica immediately to speak with a product specialist.  If necessary, a return authorization will be provided.  The product will be returned to Keyboardamerica.  As soon as the product is picked up by FedEx and we recieve the tracking #, your new unit will be shipped immediately.  If we determine the product failed within 30 days of purchase, Keyboardamerica will cover the freight costs to return and have the replacement shipped to you.

***Please Note: Oversize items need to be repaired locally whenever possible. Keyboardamerica can help you find a nearby service center.

Keyboardamerica has a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee - If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for a refund.  You may want to exchange it for another product. There is No restocking fee if the instrument is in new condition upon inspection. To setup a return authorization, you MUST call Keyboardamerica within 30 days of the purchase date at 800-251-8887.

¥     Products must be returned in the manufacturer's original package and internal packaging.  Accessories, software and manuals MUST be included. Incomplete returns may be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee. (minimum 20%)

¥     Pack your return securely and insure it.

¥     Returned product should be in "new" condition. Returned product that shows wear or abuse will either be refused or subject to a restocking fee. (minimum 15%)


¥     Returns should be received within 14 days of the request date.  Allow 1 day for refund to be administered.

¥     Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.

In Store Return Policy

All sales are final once the purchased product is delivered, un-boxed and set up in your home to your satisfaction.  Your sales receipt will require a signature with your acceptance of purchased product in good working condition.  You are eligible to trade in your purchase at the full sales price for up to one year on eligible related product.

Keyboardamerica has the best refund and return policy online.  If you read the fine print buying at the big box stores or major online sites, you can be charged up to 35% restocking fees and shipping costs, even if you purchased from Amazon or a dealer on Amazon.
